General Responsibilities <br /> a. Manage all aspects of the courses including all activities and the <br /> relationships among the courses, players, employees, community, <br /> government and industry. <br /> b. Coordinates and administers policies. <br /> c. Directs the work of all department managers, implements and monitors the <br /> budget, monitors the quality of products and services and ensures <br /> maximum customer satisfaction. <br /> d. Secures and protects assets, including financial, facilities, fixtures and <br /> equipment. <br /> e. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the City or Contractor. <br /> 2. Specific Responsibilities <br /> a. Coordinates the implementation of long range and annual business plans. <br /> b. Develops and implements general policies. <br /> c. Approves specific operational policies, programs and procedures in <br /> harmony with the mission and general policies of the City and Contractor. <br /> d. Monitors the performance of all daily operations, functions and services; <br /> assures high standards and total customer satisfaction. <br /> e. Maintains an appropriate and well functioning organizational structure. <br /> f. Assists in the development of operating procedures and training manuals. <br /> g. Develops emergency and safety procedures. <br /> h. Maintains active memberships in appropriate professional organizations. <br /> i. Attends conferences, workshops and meetings to keep abreast of current <br /> i information and developments in the industry. <br /> 1 <br />
