8 <br /> C) FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER <br /> 1. General Responsibilities <br /> a. Manage food and beverage operations. <br /> b. Direct and supervise all food service personnel. <br /> c. Maintain the food and beverage equipment, facilities and furnishings that <br /> convey the appearance of cleanliness and quality. <br /> d. Assist the General Manager is all other aspects of clubhouse operations to <br /> facilitate the optimization of financial goals and players' needs. <br /> e. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the City, Contractor's General <br /> Manager or Pro Shop Manager. <br /> 2. Specific Responsibilities <br /> a. Manage and optimize food and beverage service operations. <br /> b. Provide on-going training and supervision of daily food and beverage <br /> operations to ensure consistent execution of all programs and initiatives. <br /> c. Ensure compliance with all applicable occupational, health and safety <br /> regulations and laws. <br /> d. Inspect the food and beverage areas on a daily basis to insure facility <br /> functionality and cleanliness. <br /> e. Ensure that kitchen equipment is maintained and in sanitary, operable and <br /> safe condition. <br /> f. Create an environment where safety comes first and all employees strictly <br /> adhere to the Contractor's food and beverage operating standards listed in <br /> Exhibit F. <br /> g. Maintain an inventory of all alcoholic beverage servers to ensure they are <br /> properly trained and certified and that the operations comply with state <br /> and local alcohol regulations at all times. <br /> h. Maintain an inventory of all food servers to ensure they are properly <br /> trained and certified and that the operations comply with state and local <br /> health code regulations at all times. <br /> i. Maintain a continuous safety program in compliance with applicable laws. <br /> 6 1 2 ^ <br />
