Manage vendor performance to optimize profitability and achieve <br /> financial objectives. <br /> aa. Maintain collaborative partnerships and negotiate effectively with <br /> vendors and golf shop staff members. <br /> bb. As required by the City, attend regular and special meetings of the Park <br /> Board of Commissioners, Parks Department and recognized clubs to <br /> discuss areas of responsibility for the benefit of the City. <br /> cc. Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion and display <br /> plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios. <br /> ee.
