EXHIBIT A 5 <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Phase Three: Abatement Contractor Overview and Air Sampling <br /> Management <br /> 1. ALKAI will provide oversight of the selected Asbestos Abatement <br /> Contractor's actions to assure that the Contractor meets the Specifications <br /> and adheres to all Federal, State, and Local PSCAA Regulations. This <br /> includes the collection of the EPA-required Phase Contrast Microscopy <br /> (PCM) air samples and laboratory analysis. <br /> 2. ALKAI will provide Final Clean Air Testing, Analysis, and "Final Clean" <br /> Report. This includes the collection of the AHERA-required PCM "Final <br /> Clean" air samples for laboratory analysis. An "Asbestos Free" and "Safe <br /> for Re-entry" Certification document will be prepared for the worker's re- <br /> entry to the abatement areas. <br /> r <br /> Page 12 of 14 <br />
