Specify "Energy Credit"from table 406.2 WA State Energy Code. Show requirements on <br /> plans. <br /> 2. Provide whole house ventilation system per M1507.3 International Residential Code <br /> (IRC) specify code for which option is chosen (M1507.3.4, M1507.3.5, M1507.3.6, or <br /> M1507.3.7) include code section chosen, on the plans. Do not simply reference the code <br /> section. <br /> 3. Provide smoke alarm, 110 volt with battery back-up. <br /> 4. Provide carbon monoxide alarm. <br /> 5. Show location of water heater. Provide seismic bracing and pressure relief valve to <br /> outside of the structure.
