shall be 6% of the highest amount of property taxes that could have been <br /> lawfully levied for emergency services in this taxing district in any year since <br /> 1996. <br /> Section 7. That the City Clerk be, and hereby is, directed to certify to the County <br /> Assessor a copy of this resolution in order that the same be extended upon the <br /> general assessment rolls of said County, in the same manner and at the same <br /> time as the levy for the State and County taxes is extended. <br /> Section 8.
