In the <br /> event there is a violation or failure to comply, the procedure <br /> authorized in this chapter shall be the enforcement procedure <br /> utilized unless the city administration, upon the concurrence of <br /> the city attorney, files for injunctive or other civil relief in <br /> superior court. <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 1 .20. 020 Applicability. <br /> A. The city administration, upon concurrence of the city <br /> attorney, may file for injunctive or other civil relief in <br /> superior court regarding violations of City ordinances . <br /> Otherwise, the enforcement procedure authorized in this Chapter <br /> shall be the enforcement procedure for the following regulations <br /> of the City and such other regulations as specified by ordinance. <br /> This enforcement procedure shall be supplemental to any <br /> enforcement procedures otherwise provided by law. No person <br /> owning, leasing, renting, occupying or having charge or <br /> possession of any property in the City, including vacant lots, <br /> shall maintain or allow to be maintained on any such property a <br /> violation of any of the following regulations (as they currently <br /> exist or as amended) or any other City regulation which <br /> identifies this as the enforcement procedure for said regulation: <br /> 5 <br />
