A copy of any such disclosure documents shall be filed <br /> with the city clerk. <br /> is recommended to be deleted from the City Charter. <br /> PROPOSITION#9 <br /> Shall Charter Sec. 9.3, requiring candidates for City elective offices to file <br /> campaign financing reports with the city clerk, be deleted, because filing such reports is <br /> required by state law? <br /> CHAR'I'ER CHANGE YES <br /> CHARTER CHANGE NO <br /> Section 12: Change to Section 5.5 Section 5.5 of the City Charter, which reads <br /> as follows: <br /> Board of Adjustment. <br /> The city council may provide by ordinance for a Board of Adjustment which may be <br /> given authority to hear and determine appeals from the ruling of the building <br /> inspector on the provisions of the zoning ordinance, and to grant special exceptions <br /> to, or variations from, the zoning regulations in accordance with standards and <br /> procedures prescribed by ordinance, and with such further jurisdiction and power as <br /> may be prescribed by ordinance.
