<br /> AMENDMENT NO. 19 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
<br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT
<br /> AND
<br /> HDR ENGINEERING,INC.
<br /> The City and HDR Engineering, Inc. agree to amend and modify their professional services
<br /> agreement dated June 14, 1999, (the"Agreement") as follows:
<br /> WHEREAS, HDR Engineering, Inc. and the City entered into an Agreement dated June 14,
<br /> 1999,to provide engineering services for the 41st Street Overcrossing Project; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on March 23,2000,to modify the Scope of
<br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total
<br /> compensation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 6, 2000,to modify the Scope of
<br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total
<br /> compensation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 27,2000,to modify the Scope of
<br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total
<br /> compensation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on August 31,2001,to modify the Scope of
<br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total
<br /> compensation; and
<br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on September 11,2001,to modify the Scope of
<br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total
<br /> compensation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on July 17, 2002,to modify the Scope of
<br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total
<br /> compensation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 11,2002,to modify the Scope of
<br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total
<br /> compensation; and
<br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on February 20, 2003, to extend the time for
<br /> completion of those services; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on September 26,2003,to modify the Scope of
<br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total
<br /> compensation; and
<br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on December 23, 2003,to modify the Scope of
<br /> Services, and to increase the total compensation; and
