d <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on April 15, 2004,to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, and to increase the total compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on August 25, 2004, to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total <br /> compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on December 27, 2004,to modify the Scope of <br /> Services, and to increase the total compensation; and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on March 6, 2006,to extend the time for <br /> completion of the Scope of Services; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on June 22,2006,to extend the time for <br /> completion of the Scope of Services; and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on November 1,2006, to extend the time for <br /> completion of the Scope of Services; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on March 30,2007,to extend the time for <br /> completion of the Scope of Services; and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties amended the Agreement on July 23, 2007,to extend the time for <br /> completion of the Scope of Services; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and HDR Engineering, Inc. agree to amend and modify <br /> the previously amended Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Completion Date is amended to read December 31, 2007. <br /> 2.
