Summarize this information in a preliminary report. <br /> 5. Calculate the expected noise levels inside the facility assuming the preliminary <br /> equipment selections and facility layout. Compare the predicted noise levels with <br /> the maximum noise levels recommended by OSHA and WISHA. If the predicted <br /> noise levels exceed the maximum allowable noise levels, provide specific <br /> recommendations for design changes that would achieve the noise goals of the <br /> project. Summarize this information in a preliminary report. <br /> 6. Revise the acoustical analysis to accommodate changes in the selected equipment <br /> or facility design as the project progresses. Up to 2 different revised analyses are <br /> included as part of this.proposal. A revised report will be prepared with each new <br /> acoustical analysis. <br /> Consulting Fee <br /> The fee for providing these services will be a fixed fee sum of$10,850.00. This fee <br /> includes all time and materials necessary to perform the specified services. The table <br /> below itemizes the consulting fee for each specified scope of work item. Services above <br /> and beyond the specified scope will be considered extra services and will be provided <br /> above and beyond the stated maximum fee, if approved in writing by both parties. <br /> Unless a fixed fee is established prior to starting additional services work, additional <br /> services will be billed on an hourly basis at the rate of$240.00 per hour(including travel <br /> time)plus expenses(at cost). Billings will be prepared monthly and invoices shall be paid <br /> within 30 days of the invoice date. The maximum fee and hourly rate for additional <br /> services is guaranteed for a period of 60 days. <br /> Table 1.
