6 PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LIMITS: The survey work will be performed in the following areas: • Heading north, Hoyt Avenue,between 25th Street and 1ST`Street(7 blocks) • Heading east, 17`s Street,between Rucker Avenue and Rockefeller.Ave(4 blocks) • Heading east, 19`h Street,between Rucker Avenue and Colby Ave(2 blocks) • Heading east, 20th Street,between Rucker Avenue and Colby Ave(2 blocks) The survey for Phase 2 of this project will survey and map the visible improvements and underground utilities within the above Street rights-of-way. This survey work will locate such surface features as; utilities, stripping, street monuments, and sufficient pavement elevations to create a two-foot contour interval basemap of the project. We will also locate utility line paint-outs, surface utility structures and readily accessible utility pipes and combine them with record utility information in order to map the pipelines in the project area. Perteet Inc_ field crews will make all measurements and observations from the ground surface our field personnel will not attempt a confined space entry.Property boundaries will be depicted from the City of Everett, GIS data.
