6 • <br /> 4. Show right-of-way, centerline and property boundaries on plans. Show property lines from <br /> GIS data provided by the City and field check street addresses. (Note that field survey <br /> mapping and IDS information related to property lines, right-of-way and easements depicted <br /> on the drawings is approximate and is not intended to represent a precise boundary or <br /> property survey.) <br /> 5. Show spot elevations on hard surfaces on a separate layer. <br /> 6. Show and identify all physical improvements, including traffic control and lane striping that <br /> is visible on the surface within survey limits. <br /> 7. Show invert elevations, ID dimensions and pipe material(if discernable)of storm drain pipes, <br /> sanitary sewers,catch basins and manholes. <br /> 8. Show contour lines at 2-foot intervals on roadways, and other areas where new sewers and <br /> force main will be constructed. <br /> 9. Show control points with elevations and point numbers_ Identify monuments based on field <br /> book number,page and number,per City Surveying and CAD Standards. <br /> 10. The first version of the survey base map will be submitted via paper and electronic copy to <br /> URS for review. URS will provide comments to Perteet. Perteet will revise the survey base <br /> map based on URS comments and submit the revised version via paper and electronic copy to. <br /> URS. URS will submit the revised version to the City. The City will provide written <br /> comments on the base map. Perteet will revise the survey base map based on City comments <br /> and submit paper copies and an electronic copy of the final version to URS. <br /> DELIVERABLES: <br /> 1. Provide paper copies and electronic copies of base mapping at scale of 1"=20' and <br /> topographic contours at 2' intervals per City CAD and survey standards. Base mapping will <br /> be completed with street right of way lines. Base mapping shall also include the survey <br /> control and existing sewer location/elevation data that was obtained for the pre-design effort. <br /> That portion of the base map outside the area of the design project shall also meet all <br /> requirements of the City's CAD and Survey Standards. <br /> 2. Provide copies of field notes, City field book with survey control data, computer listings and <br /> computer readable files of the survey data points organized into a 3-ring binder per City <br /> direction. The Survey Control binder shall include the survey control and existing sewer <br /> location/elevation data that was obtained for the pre-design effort. Survey information <br /> collected outside the area of the design project shall also meet all requirements of the City's <br /> CAD and Survey Standards. <br /> 3. Provide copies of all utility service record as-built drawings obtained. <br /> 4.. Provide paper copies of the survey control drawing for project. <br /> 5. Provide paper and computer readable recovery forms for all monuments discovered and <br /> coordinated by GPS methods. <br /> 6_ Prepare City of Everett Monument Recovery forms for 17 monument locations surveyed. <br /> 7. Provide copies of two monument destruction permits and completion reports filed with DNR <br /> J <br /> Page 4of4 <br />
