8 <br /> Reduction Guidelines, which may be obtained from the WSDOT or found at <br /> http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/tdm/. The CONTRACTOR, or its eligible contracting <br /> partner(s), shall submit requests for CTR exemptions to WSDOT for review and <br /> comment within five (5) days of receiving such requests, and shall provide WSDOT <br /> five (5) working days to comment prior to approving or denying the request. <br /> 1.3.4. Survey Processing <br /> 1.3.5. The CONTRACTOR shall notify WSDOT prior to sending employee commute <br /> surveys to the University of Washington, Office of Educational Assessment, for <br /> processing. The notification must include the name of the worksite, employer <br /> identification code, and type of survey for each survey being submitted for <br /> processing. The notification shall be submitted as an electronic spreadsheet via <br /> electronic mail. The CONTRACTOR agrees not to deliver or send surveys for <br /> processing unless authorized to do so by WSDOT. <br /> 1.3.6. Survey Counts <br /> 1.3.7. The CONTRACTOR shall provide WSDOT, upon request, with an accurate <br /> estimate of the number of employee commute surveys needed by the <br /> CONTRACTOR to survey employers. <br /> 1.3.8. Survey Coordination <br /> 1.3.9. The CONTRACTOR agrees to accept employee commute surveys from Trip <br /> Reduction Performance Program (TRPP) contractors in the county or city and <br /> process the TRPP surveys according to Section 1.3.5 of this agreement. <br /> 1.3.10. Database Updates <br /> 1.3.11.The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide WSDOT with updated lists of affected <br /> worksites, employee transportation coordinators, and jurisdiction contacts as <br /> requested. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide to WSDOT the updated physical <br /> addresses or equivalent geocode data of affected worksites as requested. These <br /> updates shall he submitted electronically in a format specified by WSDOT. <br /> 1.3.12. Planning Data <br /> 1.3.13. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide WSDOT with the CTR program goals <br /> established for newly affected worksites when they are established by the local <br /> jurisdiction. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide WSDOT with updated <br /> program goals for affected worksites and jurisdictions as requested. These updates <br /> shall be submitted electronically in a format specified by WSDOT. <br /> 1.3.1.4. Employer Annual Reports <br /> 1.3.15. The CONTRACTOR agrees to submit to WSDOT one (I) electronic or hard copy <br /> of all employer annual report(s), within 30 clays from the date of approval. <br /> 1.3.16. Employer and Employee Exemptions <br /> 1.3.17.The CONTRACTOR agrees to, within 30 clays from the date of official <br /> administrative decision, submit to WSDOT the name and employer identification <br /> code for any worksite that has been granted an exemption, including information <br /> about the duration of All exemptions. <br /> 5 7 Page 10 of 17 OCA 5396 <br />
