Thus, for example, the calculation for the year 2007 should begin <br /> by inserting cost figures for 2006 and dropping cost figures for 2001. Cost figures for 2002 <br /> through 2006 will then be totaled and divided by 5 to arrive at a yearly average cost. The new <br /> yearly average cost figures will then be multiplied by 14.3% to determine pond, ditch and canal <br /> acquisition, construction and maintenance contributions and by 12.9% to determine pump plant <br /> power cost and pump plant maintenance cost contributions. <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Based upon all the above, and for purposes of determining the 2007 CITY Interlocal <br /> payment to Marshland, the following figures have been tabulated: <br /> 1.
