7 <br /> Prosecution <br /> Personnel <br /> A. The Contractor shall provide funding to the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney to <br /> support a Deputy Prosecutor responsible for maintaining a felony domestic violence unit <br /> including promoting domestic violence awareness, increasing prosecution <br /> responsiveness, supporting victims and holding offenders accountable. Cases will <br /> involve female victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking, age 18 and older. <br /> Coordinated Community Response Team <br /> B. The Subcontractor shall participate in enhancing the Snohomish County Coordinated <br /> Community Response Team to increase the safety of victims of domestic violence, sexual <br /> assault, or stalking and hold offenders accountable. The Snohomish County Coordinated <br /> Community Response Team shall meet monthly,or at least quarterly,during the contract <br /> period with a focus on issues related to responding to adult victims of stalking, domestic <br /> violence, and/or sexual assault, including victims from marginalized communities. <br /> Law Enforcement <br /> Goods and Services <br /> A. The Contractor shall provide funding for personnel to attend local or national trainings <br /> and meetings.These trainings and meetings will increase efforts to hold offenders <br /> accountable while enhancing law enforcement's response to females age 18 and older <br /> who are victims of sexual assault,domestic violence or stalking. At least 15 (fifteen) <br /> events will be held over the contract period. <br /> Coordinated Community Response Team <br /> C. The Subcontractor shall participate in enhancing the Snohomish County Coordinated <br /> Community Response Team to increase the safety of victims of domestic violence, sexual <br /> assault, or stalking and hold offenders accountable.
