Vol. 1 "Plan" and 1 set of Vol. 2 "Appendices"), and 8 copies of executive summary, Resolution Amount Budgeted $679,778 Expenditure Required $0 Account Number(s): UP -3224 Budget Remaining $0 Additional Required $0 DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: The City of Everett, 2007 Comprehensive Water Plan has been completed and it is ready for adoption by the City Council. After adoption of the Plan by the Council, the plan will be approved by DOH. This plan will serve as the road map for the water system over the next 6 years. A new plan will be prepared in 2013. This Comprehensive Water Plan is the culmination of over 24 months of work. All of our wholesale customers and the Washington State Department of Health have had the opportunity to review and comment on this document during its preparation. Two copies of the 2007 Comprehensive Water Plan (Vol. 1) and one copy of the appendices (Vol. 2) are in Council Chambers for review. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt a Resolution approving the 2007 Comprehensive Water Plan.
