Resolution No. <br />A Resolution Adopting the 2007 Comprehensive Water Plan <br />WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Health requires that the City update <br />their Comprehensive Water Plan every six years; and. <br />WHEREAS, the previous Comprehensive Water Plan was approved in 2001; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City has prepared a 2007 Comprehensive Water Plan in accordance with <br />the Washington State Department of Health Guidelines: and, <br />WHEREAS; the City Council finds that the 2007 Comprehensive Water Plan meets the <br />needs of the City and the State; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Everett <br />adopts the 2007 Comprehensive Water Plan. <br />Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br />Passed and Approved this __ day of . 2007_ <br />Council President <br />V�9 <br />
