TASK 4 - EDIT AND VERIFY EXISTING MANUAL CONTENT AND CREATE NEW CONTENT AS NEEDED. Task will involve evaluating existing reference material with equipment currently installed at the water filtration facility. Existing reference material will be edited to reflect the water filtration facilities operational parameters and -philosophy. Missing reference material will be obtained via external sources, edited and incorporated into the new electronic Water Filtration Facility Operation and Maintenance Manual. (Forty Percent or $22,000) TASK 5 — PROJECT MANAGEMENT This task will include the ongoing scheduling and coordination of project activities. Coordination will include regular onsite and offsite meetings with stakeholders. The Project Manager will coordinate resources and material to minimize impact on City of Everett staff while providing deliverables within the specified time frame.
