Integrate the <br />entire system in the contractors shop and test end-to-end data communications integrity and accuracy over dry <br />pair wiring. <br />Task 350 - Startup and Commissioning <br />SCADA/Operator Interface Unit <br />Test SCADA, and communications equipment for end-to-end data transmission integrity and accuracy. Test all <br />SCADA screens, data monitor screens, and trend screens, for connectivity, completeness, and accuracy of <br />information displayed. Test SCADA alarm, navigation, and security configurations and functions. Test trend <br />screen functions. <br />PLC <br />Verify the I/O wiring and functionality. Verify PLC program functionality and communications with SCADA. <br />Verify the integration of the entire system and test end-to-end data communications integrity and accuracy over <br />the communications medium. Assist the contractor in the resolution of problems that may occur during startup. <br />Task 360 - On -Going Support <br />Tetra Tech will provide on-going support of the SCADA system as a part of this scope of service. An allowance <br />will be provided to provide this support. <br />Task 370 - O&M Manual <br />Develop an Operations and Maintenance manual for the SCADA, telemetry, and PLC systems individually and <br />as an integrated whole. The O&M Manual will provide descriptions and specifications of all hardware, software, <br />programming, configuration, and operation of the system. The O&M Manual will be use as a training document <br />as well as for system custodianship. <br />Task 380 - Training <br />Operations <br />Provide training on all manual, automatic, programmed, communications, and software operation aspects of the <br />system. Utilize the O&M Manual as a training document. <br />Maintenance Training <br />Provide training on all manual, automatic, programmed, communications, and software operation aspects of the <br />system. Utilize the O&M Manual as a training document. <br />Task 300 Deliverables <br />1. One (1) hard copy and soft copies of all programs <br />2. Six (6) hard copies of Operations and Maintenance Manuals. <br />
