10 <br />Exhibit A (cont.) <br />terminal is complete and the City confirms that the application is operating normally, the second SCADA <br />terminal and the existing Touch Panel will be upgraded to match the first terminal. <br />Tetra Tech will purchase the Siemens Ethernet software driver that is needed for the Wonderware application to <br />communicate with the existing PLC equipment. <br />TASK 200 — CHEMICAL FEED PROGRAMMING AND O&M MANUAL <br />Task 210 - SCADA Programming <br />SCADA database, alarming, and screens for the new Chemical Feed equipment will be developed as outlined in <br />the P&IDs included in the contract documents. Comments from the City are to be implemented following the <br />first development review meeting. <br />The SCADA computer programming will include modifications to the existing Water Filtration Plant SCADA <br />system. The Operator Interface Terminal applications will be a copy of the main Water Filtration Plant SCADA <br />application. <br />SCADA programming is based on the development of 3 new screens: <br />Task 220 - Historical Database <br />Historical database configuration will be done for the new data from the Chemical Feed equipment. The <br />historical configuration will be modifications to the existing Water Filtration Plant SQL database. The data tags <br />will be added as directed by the City up to a maximum of 70 tags. All modifications will be made during startup <br />of the system. <br />Task 230 - PLC Programming <br />Provide ladder logic programming as required to map all new field points to memory registers as required for <br />efficient communications. Ladder logic programming will be performed as required to execute system functions. <br />Ladder logic programming will also be done for communications between the Chemical Feed PLC and the Plant <br />Master PLC. <br />PLC programming is based on the I/O count provided in the contract documents (18 analog I/O and 65 <br />discrete I/O). <br />Tetra Tech will purchase the network communications module required for the existing Plant PLC to <br />communicate with the new. Chemcial Feed PLC. <br />Task 240 - Factory Testing <br />Setup equipment and test all control functions, display, alarm, and PLC I/O, control and programming. Test <br />SCADA, PLCs, and communications equipment for end to end data transmission integrity and accuracy. Test all <br />SCADA screens, data monitor screens, and trend screens, for connectivity, completeness, and accuracy of <br />information displayed. Test SCADA control, alarm, navigation, and security configurations and functions. Test <br />trend screen functions. <br />Verify the I/O wiring and functionality of all RTUs, Load PLC programs and test functionality. Integrate the <br />entire system in the contractors shop and test end-to-end data communications integrity and accuracy over dry <br />pair wiring. <br />Task 250 - Startup and Commissioning <br />SCADA/Operator Interface Unit <br />M <br />
