Includes coordination <br /> with both the exterior plaza improvements and interior "Kids' Stage" tenant <br /> improvements by Others. <br /> The Owner and the Architect agree as set forth below: <br /> Terms of Agreement between the Owner and Architect <br /> 1.Architect's Responsibilities <br /> 1.1. The Architect's services consist of those services performed by the Architect's forces, <br /> generally its employees and consultants. <br /> 1.2.
