• • ORDINANCE NO. 2139-96 AN ORDINANCE annexing property located east of 4th Avenue SW at 90th Street SW ANNEXATION #A1-95 WHEREAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 35.13.130, a petition was presented to the City Council proposing the annexation of certain property; and WHEREAS, the petition which was filed pursuant to RCW 35.13.130 was signed by owners of not less than seventy-five percent in value according to the assessed valuation for general taxes of the property proposed to be annexed; and WHEREAS, the City Council did fix 1/3/96 , for a hearing upon said petition, and caused proper notice of hearing to be provided; and WHEREAS, following the hearing, the City Council determined to annex all of the property described in the petition; and WHEREAS, no request for review of the annexation by the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board was filed within the designated 45 day review period; and WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing on the annexation and did provide notice to property owners included within the area proposed for annexation; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it desires to annex the property to the City;
