• <br /> • <br /> 20 . The developer must remove all invasive wetland species, <br /> including purple loosestrife, reed canary grass and <br /> Himalayan Blackberry. <br /> 21 . Cul-de-sac turnaround at the end of 23rd Avenue SE is <br /> required to be 90 feet curb to curb. <br /> 22 . All buildings must be clearly posted with correct address in <br /> such a manner as to be visible and legible from the street. <br /> 23 . Fire hydrants are to be provided in the following locations : <br /> at lot 16, recreation building, corner of lot 41 , on the <br /> corner across the street from lot 64, and at lot 78 . <br /> 24. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum UL rating of 2A <br /> must be provided within 75 feet travel distance on each <br /> floor of all portions of each building during construction. <br /> Portable fire protection must be provided throughout the <br /> building as required by Article 10 of the Uniform Fire Code <br /> prior to issuance of each building during construction. <br /> 25. All required access roads and fire hydrants must be in <br /> service prior to commencement of construction. <br /> 26. The City of Everett prohibits outdoor burning. No fires for <br /> the purpose of disposing of construction debris will be <br /> allowed. Fire safety practices during construction must be <br /> in compliance with Article 87 of the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> 27. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and <br /> Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public <br /> Works Department showing site parking layout, landscaping, <br /> utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion <br /> control , and all required improvements in the public right- <br /> of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings <br /> is required prior to any permits being issued. All <br /> improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted <br /> before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 28 . Ten ( 10) feet of right-of-way is to be dedicated to the City <br /> for street purposes at 100th Street SE. <br /> 29. A sign must be placed on the entrance to the development off <br /> of 19th Avenue SE that states it is a private roadway. Any <br /> internal roadway name signs must have "private" printed on <br /> the sign. <br /> 30. No direct access will be allowed by any unit to 19th Avenue <br /> SE and 100th Street SE. <br /> 31 . Curb ramps per City Standard 310A and 310E must be installed <br /> at all public and private intersections. <br /> 5 <br />
