In order to receive an increase to the maximum gross floor area <br /> ratio stated in the Use-Standards Table, developments shall comply <br /> with the specific requirements listed in the following charts. <br /> Bonuses may. be granted for each amenity provided. No bonus shall <br /> be awarded for design amenities which do not meet all of the <br /> criteria contained in the following charts except as provided in <br /> Subsection 22.020.F. The Planning Director may allow less of a <br /> FAR Bonus than provided for in the charts contained in this <br /> section if the Design Amenity fails to satisfy the Design Review <br /> Criteria listed in Subsection 22.030. Any appeal of the Planning <br /> Director's decision in the approval of FAR Bonuses shall be heard <br /> by the Planning Commission, using Review Process V.B.
