Expenditure Required None Account Number(s): Fund 401 Budget Remaining Additional Required DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: Public Works wishes to request Statements of Qualifications for preparation of an Engineering Report on the functioning of its Water Pollution Control Facility. Due to recent increases in biological loading at the Water Pollution Control Facility, the City has a need for an analysis of current plant operation and evaluation of options for cost-effectively treating the increased loading in the short term as well as long term. While the initial scope/contract is intended to cover the preparation of an engineering report, Public Works wishes to reserve the right to amend this contract to cover subsequent phases of work as required. The work may include, but is not limited to, data collection and analysis, operational evaluation, modeling, optimization, development of alternative solutions, scheduling, cost estimating, preparation of plans and specifications.
