The amounts paid the contractor under this contract are as follows: Amount Paid to date is $224,429.16. Retainage Amount Withheld is $11,812.06. The remaining amount due is $11,812.06. By Council approving this action, the Corbin Drive Pedestrian & Curb Ramp Improvement project will be accepted as complete and the retainage in the amount of $11,812.06 will be released. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Accept the Corbin Drive & Improvements project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Precision Earthworks, Inc. allowing release of the retainage in the amount $11,812.06. h
