GTC can be retained for the traffic consulting <br /> services outlined above with your signing of this Letter of Agreement/Fee Proposal. Payment for <br /> these services is due in a timely manner on presentation of monthly invoices. Any additional work <br /> or additional meetings requested by the City of Everett or other reviewing agencies to revise the <br /> scoping, beyond the scope of work described herein, would be considered Extra Work and would be <br /> billed on a time and materials basis. Note: No "Extra Work" would be conducted without prior <br /> authorization from the Client.
