6 <br /> `yv } <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a parks improvement project entitled"1996-2000 Outdoor <br /> Basketball Courts -Various Parks", Fund 354, Program 013 as established by Ordinance <br /> No. 2452-00. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"1996-2000 Outdoor Basketball <br /> Courts - Various Parks", Fund 354, Program 013, was established to provide for the said <br /> repairs and improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the parks improvement project has been abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the "1996-2000 Outdoor Basketball Courts - Various Parks", Fund 354, Program <br /> 013, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "1996-2000 Outdoor Basketball Courts - <br /> Various Parks", Fund 354, Program 013, are as follows: <br /> A.
