This agreement is for a three year term and will allow unlimited access to all ESRI software <br />programs and licenses city wide. Annual payments of $54,300 will be made over the next three years for a <br />total expenditure of $162,900. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt Resolution waiving public bidding requirements and approve sole source purchase of an Enterprise <br />License from ESRI, Inc for $162,900 including Washington State Sales Tax. <br />1 <br />
