Compensation, subparagraph D, which describes the maximum <br />total compensation, by deleting the existing sentence and replacing with the following <br />sentence: <br />"Total compensation, including all services and expenses, shall not exceed a <br />maximum of Three Million Five Hundred Forty Six Thousand Seven Hundred and <br />Eighty Three Dollars (3,546,783)".
