• 2. Unauthorized Parking in Alley: Ten Dollars ($10.00); 3. Parking, Stopping or Standing in Fire Lane in Violation of this Ordinance: Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00); 4. Interfering with, concealing, obliterating or erasing marks in violation of this Ordinance: Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00); 5. Parking in Disabled Space Without Requisite Placard or License Plate is a Parking (Traffic) Infraction per RCW 46.16.381 : One Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($175.001; 6. All other violations: Ten Dollars ($10.00). B. If no response or payment be made within ten (10) calendar days of the date of issuance of the notice of parking violation, the penalty for each shall be: 1 . Overtime Parking: Twenty Dollars ($20.00); 2. Unauthorized Parking in Alley: Twenty Dollars ($20.00); 3. Parking in Disabled Space Without Requisite Placard or License Plate: One Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($175.00); 4. Parking, Stopping or Standing in Fire Lane in Violation of this Ordinance: Fifty Dollars ($50.00); 5. Interfering with, concealing, obliterating or erasing marks in violation of this Ordinance: Fifty Dollars ($50.00); 6. All Other Violations: Twenty Dollars ($20.00). C. The penalties set forth in Subsection A, except for A(5) (Disabled Parking) will be reduced in half if the parking violation is paid in person to the City Treasurer's Office during City's business hours within twenty-four (24) hours of the time and date of issuance. In the event the City Treasurer's Office is not open for business the day following the date of issuance, the violator can make payment on the next City business day and still receive the reduced penalty. D. Payment of all parking violations shall be made to the City Treasurer's Office and at such other locations as designated by the City Treasurer. All proceeds derived from individuals charged with a violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be paid into the general fund of the City; however, the proceeds from the penalty 3
