Notwithstanding the language set forth in Subsection C, if a vehicle <br /> has been cited for five (5) or more violations of this Ordinance and/or <br /> any other parking ordinance of the City within a six (6) month period, <br /> said vehicle will not be eligible for reduction in the parking violation <br /> penalty set forth in subsection C for a period of one hundred and <br /> eighty (180) days. <br /> Section 2: SEVERABILITY. <br /> Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance <br /> or its application to any person or situation be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any <br /> reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this <br /> ordinance or its application to any other person or situation.
