<br />       			follows:
<br />       			Lot 2 of Block 2 of the Plat of Silver Lake Garden Tracts according to the plat thereof
<br />       			recorded in Volume 8, Page 17, Book of Plats, records of Snohomish County,
<br />       			Washington.
<br />    		is hereby rezoned from R-1 with Resolution of Intent to Rezone to B-2(B) (Office) to B-2
<br />    		(Community Business).

<br />       			follows:
<br />       			Lot 20 of Block 1 of the Plat of Silver Lake Garden Tracts according to the plat thereof
<br />       			recorded in Volume 8, Page 17, Book of Plats,records of Snohomish County,
<br />       			Washington,together with Lots 1, 3, 4, 17, 18, 19, and 20 of Block 2 of said plat,
<br />       			together with the east 295 feet of the North half of the North half of the South half of the
