(3) Expenses for the use of personally owned vehicles of <br /> employees, officers or members of duly recognized <br /> Commissions, Boards or Committees of the City in the course <br /> of the business of the City, shall be reimbursed at the same rate <br /> as the published State of Washington Office of Financial <br /> Management reimbursement rate or the actual transportation <br /> cost or equivalent transportation rented cost, if such <br /> transportation is not by a private motor vehicle. <br /> (4) In the event any individual is entitled to payment of or <br /> reimbursement for any of the above-described official <br /> expenditures and said individual has a primary employer other <br /> than the City of Everett and the primary employer pays all or <br /> any portion of the above-described official expenditures, then <br /> the City shall be responsible for paying only that portion not <br /> paid for by the primary employer. <br /> Section 2: Severability <br /> If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or any portion of this Ordinance <br /> or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of <br /> this ordinance or the application of the section, subsection, sentence, clause or <br /> phrase to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected. <br /> 6�'Ud /,1 <br /> • : D.
