Regarding all residential condominium Binding Site Plans where all lots <br /> are not to be shown: Prior to the recording of the Binding Site Plan, the <br /> boundary of the parcel must be surveyed and all lot corners set or found <br /> in accordance with Section IV F. If divisions are submitted in accordance <br /> with Section III C, all new lot corners must be set or found prior to <br /> recording. <br /> G.
