Description of Change: <br /> Repair of sinkhole caused by the pipe failure in the original PSO6 system. <br /> 2. What is required by Contract? <br /> Although this is a city project with the Port contributing 50%, the Interlocal Agreement with the <br /> city allows the Port to add additional work by written approval. <br /> 3.
