The original contract was for <br /> $60,000. The analysis has required substantially more work than originally anticipated. The proposed <br /> additional $24,000 expenditure is required to complete the annexation fiscal analysis. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign an amendment <br /> to the contract with Berk and Associates to conduct an annexation fiscal impact analysis. <br /> ti J <br />
