19TH AVE SE CULVERT BETWEEN 122ND PL SE& 124TH ST SE -L <br /> 19TH AVE SE CULVERT BETWEEN 126TH ST SE& 127TH PL SE <br /> 112TH ST SE AT NORTH CREEK <br /> 112TH ST SE CULVERT BETWEEN EVERGREEN WAY&9TH PL W <br /> 112TH ST SE OVER THE CENTER FORK OF SWAMP CREEK <br /> 112TH ST SE OVER WEST FORK OF SWAMP CREEK <br /> HOLLY DR OVER SWAMP CREEK,NE OF ROSEWOOD AVE <br /> Task 3—Inspection Services <br /> The bridges and culverts listed in the corrected list developed in Task 2 will be inspected in this cycle of <br /> inspections.In the conduct of the inspection assignments we are expecting the following assistance from <br /> the City: <br /> Traffic control for those bridges being inspected,which warrant protection for the inspection team. <br /> Coordination of the fieldwork with TRANTECH's Project Manager and/or Lead Inspector. <br /> Access to City Bridge files other than those for which TRANTECH has copies. <br /> At the City's discretion,participation with TRANTECH's inspection team on the inspection. <br /> Our approach to perform the City's routine inspection cycle is composed of the following components: <br /> TRANTECH will be responsible for coordination with WSDOT and/or BNSF RR as needed to complete <br /> the inspections. <br /> Task 3a--Coordination/Liaison <br /> Throughout the conduct of the work,there will be close coordination between TRANTECH's Project <br /> Manager and Lead Inspector(Kash Nikzad)and the City's representative,Jim Ozanne,PE. Mr.Ozanne <br /> will be kept apprised at all times in matters dealing with scheduling the inspections,and needed traffic <br /> control. He will be immediately notified of any major or critical deficiencies found during the inspections. <br /> It is anticipated that Mr.Ozanne and/or City maintenance personnel may be on site periodically observing <br /> the inspections. Their presence,particularly for the structures designated for construction repairs,wherein <br /> in-depth inspections will be undertaken,will be helpful. <br /> Prior to starting the inspections,the inspection team will meet with Mr. Ozanne to review the inspection <br /> plan in terms of itinerary of bridges to be inspected. The inspection team will prepare a list of previous <br /> deficiencies on a bridge-by-bridge basis. <br /> Following submittal of the reports a meeting will be arranged with Mr.Ozanne to review the reports and <br /> Bridge Maintenance List to address any questions including inquiries directed to repair recommendations. <br /> The work will also be coordinated with BNSF RR and WSDOT,specifically the Local Programs Bridge <br /> 39 <br /> Page 3 <br />
