Additional Required $0 DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: In 2007 the City contracted with Murray, Smith&Associates,Inc. (MSA)to provide the required design engineering services for Portal 4 and 6 area improvements. Preliminary design has required more extensive wetlands delineation and geotechnical studies than anticipated, requiring additional engineering to complete the design. Also,construction services support have been added to MSA's scope. Existing contract amount is$97,976 and this would increase to $233,704 with this amendment of $135,728. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement between the City of Everett and Murray, Smith&Associates, Inc., for Additional Engineering Services needed for Portal 4&6 Area Improvements. 7
