Attend a review meeting with City staff at the WPCF to review comments on the drawings and make <br /> appropriate adjustments to the work being completed. <br /> Based on the discussions we will prepare meeting minutes for review by the attendees for comment <br /> 6. Incorporate agreed comments and compete the remaining drawings. <br /> 7. Conduct an internal QA/QC review of the drawings. <br /> 8. Produce 5 sets of 11 X 17 copies of the final sets of drawings, and deliver electronic media copies of the <br /> CAD and PDF drawing files. <br /> SCHEDULE: <br /> To be determined by mutual agreement. <br /> DELIVERABLES: <br /> Tetra Tech, Inc shall provide the following deliverable items in accordance with the above schedule: <br /> 1. Meeting minutes (2). <br /> 2. Partial (50% complete) hard and electronic copies of the drawings as defined above. <br /> 3.
