Project coordinates will be assumed 10,000 / 10,000 assigned to one point in the project <br /> and the basis of bearings will be the City of Everett WSPCS North Zone, NAD 83/91. <br /> 2. Elevations will be NAVD 88 Elevation datum. <br /> 3. Location of the City 100' strip easement will be calculated from the Entranco 1991 <br /> Record of Survey. <br /> 4. Right-of-way limits of crossing roads will be calculated from existing recorded <br /> documents (Plats, ROS, etc). <br /> 5. Approximate property boundaries will be calculated from existing on-line documents <br /> (Plats, ROS, Assessor legal descriptions) with an expected accuracy of± 1-foot. <br /> 6. Survey accurate property boundaries will not be required. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Field notes (City of Everett Field Book in a Survey Binder as described in the City of <br /> Everett Survey and CAD Standards.). <br /> 2. Control Network Data Sheets & Monument Recovery Forms per City standards. <br /> 3. Control survey worksheet- paper copy <br /> 4. Coordinate point data listing in ASCII (CSV) format, LandXML format, and paper copy. <br /> 5. Engineering base map -AutoCAD 2008 file. <br /> 13,0 Task 1300 — Corrosion Engineering (NW Corrosion) <br /> 13.1 Subtask 1301 — Corrosion Engineering <br /> Purpose <br /> The City of Everett has expended a significant amount of resources to provide external <br /> corrosion control to Pipelines 2, 3, and 4 within this project reach. NW Corrosion will provide <br /> corrosion control engineering support to ensure that the new Phase 8B piping takes full <br /> advantage of the existing cathodic protection systems within the project area. The corrosion <br /> control design will incorporates efficiencies to install cathodic protection monitoring equipment <br /> within areas scheduled for excavation. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Conduct an inventory of cathodic protection equipment along the replacement ROW. <br /> 2. Determine if additional testing facilities are warranted. It is currently anticipated that the <br /> installation of new test stations will be incorporated into the design package. <br /> 3. Participate in meetings with HDR and the City of Everett as requested. <br /> 4. Include locations of existing cathodic protection equipment on project drawings. <br /> 5. Provide cathodic protection design details and specifications for required equi9naent <br /> installation. ,5 <br /> 6.
