Explorations as proposed within pipeline right-of-way are acceptable to City of Everett. <br /> 2. This scope of work is limited to sampling suspect areas based on reconnaissance and <br /> does not constitute an Environmental Site Assessment per current ASTM Standards. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Limited Hazardous Materials Sampling report, to be submitted as draft and finalized <br /> following review and comment by HDR and City of Everett. <br /> 2. Report to contain field and laboratory data, and recommendations based on test results. <br /> 12.0 Task 1200 — Surveying (Perteet) <br /> 12.1 Subtask 1201 — Surveying <br /> Purpose <br /> To provide 1" = 20', 2-foot contour interval engineering base maps of the 6,500 foot 100-wide <br /> corridor between Williams Road (westerly branch) and just west of South Lake Stevens Road. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Meet with City of Everett Surveyor to determine City horizontal and vertical control points <br /> to be utilized on the project, to determine City monumentation requirements and to <br /> acquire City Field books for the project. <br /> 2. Utility locate services will be provided by Applied Professional Services, Inc. (APS). (City <br /> to provide research documents and locate services for City owned utilities). <br /> 3. Recover project control and complete GPS survey to establish horizontal control. <br /> Establish benchmarks through the project limits sufficient for the vertical control of the <br /> mapping and construction of the project. <br /> 4. Provide control survey sufficient to determine the City of Everett 100' easement, <br /> adjacent property boundaries, right-of-way of crossing streets and to provide control for <br /> subsequent construction layout of the project. <br /> 5. Provide topographic survey to 50' each side of No. 2 pipeline locating visible above <br /> ground features such as: Pipeline#2 and #3 appurtenances, roadways, fences, <br /> driveways, ditches, utilities including inverts, significant trees, wetland flags, ordinary <br /> high water marks, flagged environmental data plot locations, geotechnical borings, <br /> cathodic protection test stations, and other visible improvements within the project limits. <br /> 6. Prepare 2' contour interval engineering base map to City of Everett Survey and CAD <br /> Standards in AutoCAD 2008 with Carlson Survey software. Provide base map in <br /> AutoCAD 2008 file format. <br /> 7. Prepare survey control worksheet. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> a 2 1.
