9 <br /> 10.2. When requested,assist City with review of submittals on an as needed basis for road <br /> design related items. <br /> Additional efforts beyond those hours noted in the contract will be on an as-requested task order <br /> basis and will be paid as provided with the management reserve fund. <br /> TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> All Phase III work under this contract shall be completed within 60 days following the <br /> substantial completion of the project. <br /> The scope of this contract is based upon the contractor completing all construction activity <br /> within the time frame specified in the Contract Documents and is based upon a 5 day 45-hour <br /> work week by a full-time resident Construction Observer. In support of this schedule our <br /> contract provides 3 weeks of project set up time, 28 weeks of 1 full time resident representative <br /> and support staff in addition to 4 weeks of project closure time (Closeout Record Preparation, <br /> Record Drawings, etc. if directed by the City as extra work). If the work schedule changes due <br /> to the contractor working weekends, extended hours, or if the construction activity extends <br /> beyond the contract time, the Consultant shall inform the City immediately to allow an <br /> opportunity for the City to authorize expenditure from the Management Reserve Fund to provide <br /> additional services. . <br /> City of Everett reserves the right to ask Consultant to perform additional work above and beyond <br /> the scope described above as extra work with 4 weeks of advance notice to staff the project with <br /> Consultant's personnel, if needed.
