Provide submittal review and field support on landscaping and irrigation related issues <br /> during construction as outlined in the attached letter from Hough Beck & Baird, dated <br /> April 22, 2008. Payment for landscape services will be made as outlined in the attached <br /> fee structure. <br /> 8. INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM/TRAFFIC SIGNAL REVIEW & <br /> ASSISTANCE—IBI Group (subconsultant) <br /> 8.1. Provide assistance in the review of contractor submittals for construction elements that <br /> fall within the signal and interconnect systems submittal review. IBI will perform <br /> technical review of final fiber testing and documentation during construction as outlined <br /> in the attached letter from IBI Group, dated May 9, 2008. Payment for fiber optic <br /> services will be made as outlined in the attached fee structure. <br /> 9. WSDOT COORDINATION <br /> Provide design assistance and coordination with WSDOT in finalizing the channelization <br /> plan and deviation. <br /> 10. PROJECT DESIGN ENGINEER TO ASSIST IN THE REVIEW OF FIELD <br /> MODIFICATIONS AND DESIGN CHANGES. <br /> A 10.1.
