F|ovd{8nideraervioes will be provided on a labor and expenses <br /> baaia, in accordance with the attached 2008 rate sheet. Amendment #2 services will be <br /> provided for a total fee not to exceed $120.000. FloydiSnider services will be invoiced monthly. <br /> Invoices will be accompanied by a brief project status report, which will describe tasks <br /> accomplished and budget status. Services outside this Scope of Work will not be provided <br /> unless authorized in writing by the City of Everett (the City) <br /> F|oyd|Snider will support the City in design nevievv, construction oversight and related Ecology <br /> coordination to ensure that all work conducted on the Everett Landfill — Tire Fire Site as part of <br /> the Everett Riverfront Pject is fully compliant with the provisions of the Department of Ecology <br /> Consent Decree. This scope covers services to be provided through December 31, 2009. <br /> F|oyd|Sniderio the primary author of the Consent Decree materials. Our experience with the <br /> landfill Consent Decree and our associated working relationship with the Washington State <br /> Department of Ecology will be particularly drawn upon to convey and confirm the construction <br /> and process requirements for development on the landfill pnoperty, and to assist with <br /> negotiations and review by the Department of Ecology in the course of receiving development <br /> and engineering approvals <br /> Subconsultants to F\oyd|Gnidervvi\l include Landmark Technologies (Rick Morck) and Herrera <br /> Environmental (Mike Spillane) to assist in specialty review of landfill gas management system <br /> doounmonta, and confirmation of consistency between the proposed gas system and the existing <br /> gas control systems designed by Landmark Technologies. <br /> The proposed fee estimate for FloydiSnider services is very dependent on the actual <br /> productivity of the Oliver McMillan (OM) and City teams and schedules for deliverables.
