Everett Riverfront Project <br /> Amendment #2 6/30/08 F L O Y D I SNIDER <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Task 2000—Project Management & Overall Ecology Coordination <br /> Scope: This task includes: <br /> • Attendance by K. Snider and staff engineer at monthly team/Ecology coordination <br /> meeting <br /> • Routine financial management and invoicing <br /> • Project document and file management <br /> Assumptions: The duration of these services is assumed to be approximately 18 months. <br /> Deliverables: Monthly invoices and progress reports. <br /> Task 2010—Construction Support - 2008 <br /> Scope: Provide construction consultation, submittal review and oversight related to Consent <br /> Decree compliance: <br /> • Submittal review and coordination with Ecology <br /> • Participation at weekly construction meetings while construction items are underway <br /> that involve significant efforts related to Consent Decree required elements of the <br /> work <br /> Assumptions: During calendar year 2008, it is assumed that the Phase 1 Surcharge <br /> (Schedule A and B) project is the only construction project active on the landfill. It is assumed <br /> that FloydISnider participation at construction meetings will be for the initial six weeks of <br /> construction. <br /> Deliverables: Correspondence related to Consent Decree compliance and submittal review. <br /> Task 2020—Landfill Gas Design Review <br /> Scope: Provide support to the City to ensure that the OM team designing and installing active <br /> landfill gas controls is doing so in compliance with Consent Decree requirements, and designing <br /> a system that is optimal for the City's long-term operational responsibility: <br /> • Participate in the OM process to select a landfill gas consultant, to provide input on <br /> qualifications and coordination responsibilities <br /> • Participate in landfill gas system conceptual design through discussion with the OM <br /> landfill gas consultant, review conceptual design documents using Ecology check- <br /> list, and facilitate related discussions with Ecology. <br /> • Provide review, using the approved check-list, for preliminary and final design <br /> documents including construction plans and specs.
