The Committee will provide comment <br /> to the Planning Director concerning compliance with <br /> Institutional Overlay design guidelines and development <br /> standards as each phase is reviewed. <br /> Membership shall be seven members: <br /> • Two City appointed representatives with design experience <br /> • Two hospital representatives <br /> • Two neighborhood representatives from the Northwest <br /> Neighborhood <br /> • One City planning staff person <br /> 5.0 Major Changes and Minor Revisions.
