1J <br /> 3.10.5 Sound baffling will be provided for generator air intake and <br /> discharge. <br /> 3.10.6 PEMC will perform quarterly noise and air monitoring of the <br /> Utility Building for one full year following commencement of <br /> Utility Building operations in accordance with monitoring <br /> protocols prepared by qualified acoustical and emissions <br /> engineers and submitted to the Director of Planning for <br /> approval. If such monitoring shows failure to comply with any <br /> required governmental standard, PEMC must present to the <br /> Director of Planning a plan to immediately bring the operations <br /> into compliance with applicable codes. <br /> 3.10.7 The design of the Utility Building will be reviewed by the <br /> Design Review Committee. <br /> 3.11 Construction Mitigation: <br /> 3.11.1 PEMC will restrict construction activity from 7:00 a.m. to <br /> 6:00 p.m. weekdays and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends, <br /> unless otherwise specifically authorized by the Planning <br /> Director. <br /> 3.11.2 PEMC will submit a Construction Mitigation Plan prior to each <br /> new phase of construction. <br /> 3.12 Master Plan Graphics: See the following attached Figures pertaining to the <br /> phasing and development standards of the Master Plan. Internal boundaries <br /> between phases and height zones are approximate, but must be reasonably <br /> consistent with the boundaries shown in the attached figures. The Planning <br /> Director shall determine consistency with these boundaries during the review of <br /> each phase of development; and shall have the authority to determine if any <br /> change in boundary constitutes a Major Change or Minor Revision as provided in <br /> Section E. <br /> aJ <br /> 27 <br />
