The GPP and pre•GMA subarea pl.an polides which might reasonably be applied to <br />lhe rcview of a proposal, such as those which relate lo density, design, utilities, critical areas <br />pratection and transportation, have been superseded by adopted GMA deveiopment <br />regi4ations. Applicability of specific comprehensive plan polfdes to a development application <br />is also limiled hy the Citizens v. Mt.
